Heating showcase

This type of showcase is designed to be placed on a tabletop and is equipped with adjustable feet for precise leveling. On both sides, there are flip-up doors with a sliding mechanism, which can be kept in a "partially open" position or fully opened from either side. At the top, the showcase features our QIR lamp with a silica glass emitter, providing both light and heat simultaneously. A meat thermometer holder is mounted on this lamp, with the cable running through the structure to the Dixell control unit, allowing easy monitoring of the meat temperature. At the bottom, under the GN containers, there is a glass-ceramic plate with heating coils underneath. Depending on the type of showcase, different sections can be controlled separately, allowing different temperatures on each side.
