The mobile table consists of a laminated cabinet, a stainless steel top, shelves inside, and four wheels, two of which are lockable. Depending on the type of table, the top can feature a heating plate (+30°C to +100°C), a cooling plate (+3°C to +8°C), or be left as plain stainless steel without any equipment. If a heating plate is selected, the controls are located inside beneath the top. For the cooling plate, both the controls and the cooling unit are placed in a separate chamber with a door. One side always features glass swing doors, while the other side can either have fixed glass or additional doors, depending on preference.
